Feedback

We welcome your feedback, good, bad or anywhere in-between! So, if you have anything you’d like to let us know about, whether trivial or important, please send us your feedback using the form below and someone will get back to you as soon as they can, should a response be required.

Our Policy is as follows:

Feedback, Concerns and Complaints Policy

Context

The Well of Life Christian Fellowship (the Church) is an independent church that holds to the doctrine of the Nicene Creed, is led by Leaders appointed by the congregation and practices full immersion believers baptism.  It is a member of Churches in Communities International (CiC). It does not own property but uses hired premises for Church meetings.

Principles

The Leaders of the Church welcome constructive feedback on any issues within their sphere of responsibility.  This encompasses spiritual oversight of all meetings of members, content on Well of Life Website and social media platforms, and pastoral support to members.

Arrangements

 1.     Anyone wishing to give feedback, report a concern or raise a complaint (“the reporter”) should submit details in writing by email to: feedback@welloflife.org.uk

2.      The report will be acknowledged by email and duly considered by the Leadership Team.

3.      The Leadership Team will, within 14 days, inform the reporter if any feedback, concern or complaint does not fall within the Church’s sphere of responsibility.

 4.     If any feedback, concern or complaint does fall within the Church’s sphere of responsibility, the Leadership Team will take such steps as they consider appropriate to investigate the matter and will, in most cases, aim to respond to the reporter via email within one month.

 5.     Should the reporter be dissatisfied with the response from the Leadership Team, they may, within one month of receipt of the response, ask for a review.

6.      The Leadership Team will review the report and the response again, conduct such further enquiries as they see fit and issue a final decision within four months of receipt of the review request.  Where appropriate they will seek advice from Churches in Community International and/or Thirtyone:eight.

7.      While all reports will be given due consideration, the Leaders of the Church reserve the right to refuse to entertain a report that appears to them to be frivolous, vexatious or an abuse of this process.
